Where do the dogs sleep?<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Dogs sleep downstairs in the Kitchen\/Dining Area and\/or the Lounge. Each dog will have their own bed, we also put out duvets or they can choose the sofa! We do not allow dogs upstairs. We do not crate any dogs unless specifically requested and their own crate provided ( we do ask for a written disclaimer when you have requested us to use your crate).\u00a0

We do like to keep all the dogs calm, so we like to put them away during arrivals and departures. We do also pop out from time to time so we need to ensure we are available for you. If you give us a specific drop off or pick-up time please keep to them. If you wish to change the time, you must contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.<\/span><\/p>

All dogs will be taken for a walk twice a day for at least 20 minutes duration.\u00a0 Weather dependant we may go for longer walks (Unless you have instructed us not to because of health or age restrictions). We also have playtime where we can get agility toys out,\u00a0 introduce enrichment toys and some scentwork games.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We can\u2019t accept dogs that are on the dangerous dogs register or any that are aggressive to either people and\/or other dogs. Dogs need to be handled by us on a daily basis so very nervous dogs may be unsuitable. We can\u2019t accept bitches in heat or entire males. Excessive barkers,\u00a0 destructive dogs, dogs that hump others, non toilet trained or escape artists may also not be accepted. We also don’t accept dogs that sleep on your bed, all our dogs sleep downstairs.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We do an intitial meet and greet and if staying for more than 3 days an overnight trial session which is mandatory to comply with our licensing for all our clients so hopefully we would pick up any issues. Your dog must be fully vaccinated and up to date with their flea and worming treatments. We need a hard copy of the vaccination record on every visit. You need to bring their own food to last the duration of their stay. You may bring your dogs beds and any treats you may wish them to have. If your dog falls ill or requires any veterinary treatment during their stay, we will take them to your vets if based in Clevedon or our registered vet. This is Wellpets in Clevedon. All veterinary fees will be the responsibility of you, the dog owner. Payment can be made prior to or on your dogs arrival. It can be made via Cash or Bank Transfer. We cannot take card payments. We require a 50% non refundable and non transferable deposit for all bookings. This must be paid by bank transfer before we can secure your dogs place. Once we have received the deposit we will email or text you to confirm the booking. If your holiday is cut short for any reason and your dog is to be picked up early you are more than welcome to collect them. There is no refund for holidays cut short as we hold spaces for the duration of your dogs stay. No we accept dogs of any age, we prefer Puppies to comes to us for short regular stays as soon as possible after all vaccinations are complete, this makes it so much easier for them to adapt to a different environment.
